Annual report
- Due
- Due April 1 each year; the window opens January 1. Nonprofit corporations file no annual report - they file a separate report every five years.
- First one
- Due April 1 of the year after incorporation - except a corporation formed between December 1 and April 1 is excused from the very next April 1 and first files the following year.
- Fee
- $100 by mail; $102 online, because New Hampshire adds a $2 handling charge to electronic filings.
- Frequency
- Annual
If it is late
A flat $50 late fee applies, for $150 total ($152 online) - it does not compound. Prolonged nonfiling can end in administrative dissolution, with written notice and 60 days to correct first.
