Terms of Service

Fernway is a dashboard for managing LLCs you already own - deadlines, documents, expenses, and ownership records. It is in beta and currently free. Features may change while we build, and these terms apply to the website (fernway.io) and the app (app.fernway.io).

Fernway is not a law firm or an accounting firm. Deadlines, reminders, compliance scores, and expense categories are informational. You remain responsible for your filings, fees, and any penalties, and for confirming requirements with the state or a professional when it matters.

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; activity under your account is yours. You must have the right to upload the documents and data you put into Fernway. They stay yours - we store and return them, and use them only to run the service as described in our privacy policy.

Do not use Fernway to break the law, do not probe or disrupt the service, and do not try to access data that is not yours.

Fernway is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Fernway and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new effective date. Questions go to hello@fernway.io.
