Annual report

First due the calendar year after formation, except a December formation, whose first report waits an extra year - the state waives the report for an LLC organized between December 1 and the following April 1.
Fee

Frequency
Annual

If it is late

A flat $50 late fee that does not grow, for a $150 total. Dissolution takes 2 consecutive years unfiled, each still outstanding 60 days past its deadline.
