- Free when filed by April 15 - a waiver the Secretary of State renews year by year and has confirmed only through 2027. The price for later years is not yet set.

If it is late
Filing after April 15 costs $35, and that fee is the whole penalty - no interest on top. The state can administratively dissolve the LLC once the report is 140 days past due, around September 2.
