- Due before the first day of your anniversary month - the last day of the month before it. Can be filed up to 60 days early.

- $75, plus a small online convenience fee.

If it is late
$100 for the first delinquent year, plus another $100 for each year it stays delinquent. The state must mail a notice before dissolving the LLC, with 120 days from that notice to cure.
