- No report is due in the formation year; the first is due in the registration quarter of the following year.

If it is late
Hawaii adds $10 for every year the report stays delinquent. It cannot terminate the LLC until the report has gone unfiled for two years, and then gives 60 days from its mailed notice to cure.
