- Fee
- $30 for every filing method - $35 for reports due on or after October 1, 2026. Paying by card adds a $5 convenience fee.

If it is late
No late fee at all, but the LLC leaves good standing the day the report is late, which blocks it from contracting with the state. The charter is revoked only after 3 consecutive years unfiled, with 30 days notice first.
