Does Arizona require an LLC annual report?
Arizona has no annual report for LLCs. The state only asks for an Attestation of Existence if your LLC files nothing at all for two years.
No recurring state filing does not mean nothing to watch - registered agent renewals, licenses, and taxes in other states where the LLC operates still have their own dates.
