Due April 1 of the year after the calendar year of formation, then every second year - keyed to the formation year only, not the month or day.

First one

First due April 1 of the year after formation, with no grace for a late-in-year formation.

Currently $300, the same online and on paper.

If it is late

A late fee - currently $100 - applies once the report is late. Administrative dissolution may begin once the report is more than five months late, with 60 days to cure after notice.
