Biennial report for Kansas LLCs: due date, fee, and late penalty

Biennial report

Due
Due April 15, in the odd or even years matching the year the LLC was formed. Mailed filings count by postmark.
First one
First due April 15 two years after formation - the next year matching the formation year's parity, not the formation year itself.
Fee
$90 online; $110 on paper.
Frequency
Biennial

If it is late

Kansas allows 90 days past the deadline, with a mandatory mailed warning, and forfeits the LLC's articles once that runs out. While the report is outstanding the LLC is limited in what it can file and no certificate of good standing will issue.
