Due the last day of the anniversary month of formation, every year. May be filed up to 180 days early without moving the date.
First one
The first annual report is due in the anniversary month the year after formation. A separate one-time initial report is due within 120 days of formation.
Fee
$70 flat, the same online and on paper.

If it is late

A $25 delinquency fee applies. Washington cannot start dissolving the LLC until the report is 120 days past due, and then allows 60 days to cure after its notice.
