Biennial report for Alaska corporations: due date, fee, and late penalty
Biennial report
- Due
- Due January 2, every two years, in calendar years matching the odd or even parity of the incorporation year.
- First one
- First report due two years after incorporation - January 2 of the incorporation year has already passed, so the first matching-parity year is always two out.
- Fee
- $100 flat (nonprofit corporations pay $25 instead, on a July 2 cycle).
- Frequency
- Biennial
If it is late
Alaska adds a $37.50 late fee for profit corporations once the report is still unfiled at the start of February, and can involuntarily dissolve corporations six months delinquent.
