Annual report for Oregon corporations: due date, fee, and late penalty

Annual report

Due
Due each year by the corporation's anniversary - the exact date the state filed the articles of incorporation.
First one
The first report is due on the first anniversary of formation, in the year after incorporation.
Fee
$100, the same online or on paper; nonprofit corporations pay $50.
Frequency
Annual

If it is late

Oregon charges no late fee, so the amount does not grow. The state cannot dissolve the corporation without first giving written notice, and you then have 45 days from that notice to file.
