Annual report

Due
Due by the last day of the calendar quarter containing the incorporation date, the same quarter every year - March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31.
First one
No report is due in the incorporation year; the first report is due in the same quarter of the following year.
Fee
$12.50 online or $15 on paper ($2.50 or $5 for nonprofit corporations).
Frequency
Annual

If it is late

Hawaii adds $10 for every year the report stays delinquent. It cannot dissolve the corporation until the report has gone unfiled for two years, and you then have 60 days from its mailed notice to cure.
