Periodic report for Colorado corporations: due date, fee, and late penalty

Periodic report

Due
Keyed to a fixed report month - the calendar month the Articles of Incorporation became effective. The on-time window opens two months before that month and closes the last day of the second month after it.
First one
First report due the year after formation - none in the formation year.
Fee
$25 flat, online only.
Frequency
Annual

If it is late

$50 late fee. The corporation becomes Delinquent about 60 days after the window closes and loses good standing; there is no automatic administrative dissolution, so delinquency persists until cured.
