- January 1 - April 1 every year the corporation exists on January 1.

- Initial registration due within 90 days of the articles; corporations formed after October 1 skip to the next year's January 1 - April 1 window.
- Fee
- $50, plus a small service fee - about $60 in total.

If it is late
$25 flat late fee. Administrative dissolution can begin once the registration is more than 60 days delinquent, after notice and a 60-day cure window.
