An initial list is filed with the articles at incorporation; the first annual list is due by the end of the anniversary month the following year.

Scaled to the total value of authorized stock - starting at $150 and rising with authorized shares, capped at $11,125.

If it is late

Nevada adds a $75 late penalty and places the corporation in default immediately; charters left in default are revoked about a year later.

$500, owed regardless of income or activity.
