Due the first day of the anniversary month of incorporation, every year; it may be filed up to 120 days early.
First one
The first report is due on the first of the anniversary month in the year after incorporation.
Fee
A license tax of the greater of $60 or a small fraction of the corporation's Wyoming-located assets - $60 unless those assets top $300,000; nonprofit corporations pay a flat $25.

If it is late

Wyoming adds no late fee, but a delinquent report is grounds for administrative dissolution, which requires notice and a 60-day cure period after it is served.
