The first report is due between January 1 and June 1 of the year after incorporation.
Fee
$85 flat for a domestic corporation, the same online or on paper.
Frequency

If it is late

A flat $50 late fee is added to the $85, for $135 total - it does not grow further. Continued nonfiling leads to administrative dissolution 60 days after notice.
