First report due January 1 - May 1 of the year after the Articles of Incorporation became effective; none in the formation year.

Fee

$150 flat for profit corporations.

If it is late

A $400 non-waivable late fee applies to anything filed after May 1. Corporations still delinquent are administratively dissolved the fourth Friday in September.
