Questions
01Where does this data come from?
Every figure comes from Denver Open Data's 311 Service Requests table, the city's record, refreshed daily. Denver's 311 also logs phone calls that describe no place, like tax questions and 911 transfers. This page drops those.
02Do complaints show who filed them?
No. The public dataset carries no names or contact details. A report shows the complaints at an address and nothing about the people who filed them.
03Why does my address return nothing?
The dataset stores the street address alone with postal abbreviations, like 1430 Wynkoop St. Search without an apartment or unit number. If nothing comes back, the city logged no case there in the last 12 months.
