Questions
01Where does this data come from?
Every figure comes from the City of San Antonio's 311 All Service Calls layer, the city's record. The city republishes it every week or two, so the newest calls can trail by a few days.
02Do complaints show who filed them?
No. The public dataset carries no names or contact details. A report shows the complaints at an address and nothing about the people who filed them.
03Why does my address return nothing?
The dataset stores the street address with postal abbreviations, followed by the city, state and zip, like 1315 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212. Search for the street line alone, without an apartment or unit number. If nothing comes back, the published data holds no call there in the last 12 months.
